Alex Da Silva, a salsa dancer who is better known as the choreographer featured on the FOX television show "So You Think You Can Dance" was arrested yesterday on suspicion of sexually assaulting four of his dance students.
According to the police, the 41 year old dancer was taken into custody after teaching a class at a Hollywood studio and booked for investigation of sexual assault. It appears that Da Silva had also been accused in 2003, 2004 and 2005 of sexually assaulting three women, but it was not known why prosecutors declined to file charges.
Da Silva, is currently being held on $3.8 million bail.
