British band Led Zeppelin made their first public appearance in 19 years and proved skeptics wrong that they would not live up to expectations. They spent more than two hours playing to a crowd of around 20,000 at at London's o2 Arena on Monday. To many, it was definitely a night of passion and nostalgia with many fans commenting that Led Zeppelin sounded better than in their hell-raising heyday of the 1970s.
Though the surviving members of Led Zeppelin are in their 50s and 60s, they have certainly shown that they still have what it takes to rock and roll. Good job, gramps!
