Kate Moss' ex-boyfriend, Pete Doherty has walked free from court on Tuesday after a technical glitch by the men in blue. Judge Susan Williams had to release him saying, "Anyone arrested for a breach of bail must be brought before the court and dealt with within 24 hours".
The Babyshambles front man was due to appear at West London Magistrates Tuesday morning after being arrested in East London at 2:35 am on Monday. Doherty has now been released from custody. So, it seems justice did not prevail...
