My best friend has a Chi Hua Hua which lives with her, dresses like a human, sleeps on her bed and eats premium dog food. Believe me, she has told me that her expenses to maintain the doggy is equivalent to having a baby!
I am not one who likes pet and does not share the same sentiment as her about her dog. However, I guess being a single woman, sometimes it can get lonely and she finds a great companion in her dog. All I can say is to each his (or rather her) own.
