Two Saturdays ago, my best friend and I organized a BBQ Gathering for a few of our classmates and family. Nobody actually made definite confirmation on their attendance and we felt that the response was lukewarm only.
So, on the night of the BBQ session, we prepared food & drinks for 20 pax. The turnout was beyond out expectation and everybody brought along their spouse and children. My best friend's living room could not accmmodate all of the guests and we had to bring folding chairs out to the patio for the guests to sit. Though there was a bit of havoc and shortage of food, we all enjoyed ourselves tremendously. I guess at the end of the day, it was the company which makes the gathering fun.
