Okay guys, I had posted on my mommy's blog pertaining to Immomsdaughter's Page Rank and for those who are doing paid post, I'm sharing the link to the tool that PPP used : http://ppp.customtools.urltrends.com/index.php.
I'm so happy my mommy blog got a Page Rank of 4 whereas this blog has a page rank of 3. Woot! Btw, here's a tip, check your url with www and without. My url without the www got a higher Page Rank.

so, with the higher page rank one can consider taking up more opps in PPP then?
Not more opps but you can take the opps that specify they want a higher Page Rank ones. These are usually the higher paid ones too :)
