As I age (gracefully, I hope), doing away with the spares is not as easy as it used to be. I'm talking about the spare tyres around the tummy aka excess baggage :P
Should I eat like mad on one fine day, I would need to eat like a mice on the next 3 days or more. If that does not work, then a little exercising needs to be thrown in. Gone were the days when I could gobble down chocolates, cheese cakes, KFC and all those sinfully unhealthy yummy food *sigh*
Weight is not so much an issue to me. I can put on only 1/2 kg and it all shows up on my tummy. Yucky! I wish the extras grew on my boobs instead!!! I blame it all on age, what other excuse can I use?
