Britney Spears never ceases to amaze me with her publicity stunts. A puppy toting Spears was caught on tape steering her car into another one as she tried to park in a Studio City lot. Paparazzi reported that the pop star got down from her car to assess its' damage and then proceeded to shop. How selfish is that?
Kim Robard-Rifkin, a registered nurse was the unfortunate owner whose Mercedes-Benz was scrapped. She told the entertainment Web site CelebTV.com on Wednesday that nobody from Spears' camp has contacted her.
"It's sad because I was really hoping she'd step up and be a mensch, be a human being," said Robard-Rifkin, who filed a police report Thursday."There were obviously a lot of paparazzi there, and what kind of person wouldn't realize that this [would] be on TV and she had to be responsible and contact me," she said. "I'm not asking for money. I'm not asking for a new car. ... I simply want my car fixed, the same as I would fix somebody's car if I had done that."
