Christina Applegate is officially single again. Her marriage to actor husband, Johnathon Schaech, have resulted in a divorce and the pair's split was finalized on Friday, Aug 10th.
Applegate and Schaech married in October 2001 but separated in November 2005 citing irreconcilable differences. Schaech then filed for divorce in Dec 2006. According to reports, Applegate seemed to have the better end of the divorce as she got to keep two homes and a Lexus whereas Schaech was awarded a cement Buddha and a Merc-Benz car.
Pretty obvious who got lucky here :P
