A civil lawsuit was filed against ESAI MORALES on Thursday in LA by a former girlfriend, ELIZABETH MAZZOCCHI alleging battery, assault, breach of oral contract and intentionally and negligently giving her herpes.
Mazzochi also alleges Morales assaulted her in May of 2006 claiming he forcibly had sex with her over her repeated verbal protests and attempts to escape. According to the suit, the plaintiff also accuses Morales with making threatening gestures, mimicking violent acts, physically trapping her in a room, blocking and chasing her when she tried to remove herself from his presence as well as kicking, punching and chasing her, which, resulted in her calling 911 in or about the first week of November 2006.
A representative of Morales, was not immediately available for comment and Mazzocchi's lawyer, Gloria Allred, also declined to comment on the case.
