With all the hoo ha surrounding the scandalous pictures of Nick Lachey and girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo frolicking in a Mexican hot tub, Nick has earned new respect from me for staying tight-lipped about the matter (well, almost!).
Unfortunately, the media never knew when to draw the line. A couple of news anchors found that one out the hard way yesterday when they interviewed the former 98 Degrees and Newlyweds star via satellite. The interview ended abruptly this morning on Good Day New York.
Lachey told OK! magazine he didn't know what the fuss was all about. "I was in Mexico with my girlfriend celebrating our first anniversary together on a private vacation. It's not like I was caught with a Mexican hooker. We've all gone out and had a few too many and done something stupid. We've all made mistakes."
