My cousin works in the real estate industry since three years ago. I really believe that bring a real estate broker earns a lucrative income because within that period, she has bought two houses, one condo, one Mercedez car and two Multi Purpose Vehicles.
I do envy her so much as I can't even buy a house with the total income saved up for 3 years. Lol. Anyway, I am glad that she is doing well as she used to come from a poor family. Now, her parents are enjoying many comforts and luxuries that they have never dreamt of 30 years ago.
