We used to stay in an medium cost apartment which had a mixture of people from all walks of life. Being medium cost, there was no barricade or security and anybody could just come in and out.
One fine day, we noticed a couple of police patrol cars arriving and going up to the apartment below ours. There were a lot of noises that sounded like scuffles and were shocked to see our neighbour's son arrested with two other guys. Some time later, we found out from another neighbour that these people were arrested for suspected prescription drug addiction and glue sniffing. Needless to say we were shocked and after some thoughts, we decided to move away from there. It has been 3 years since we moved but honestly, I have no regrets.
